Please take care when entering your details and placing an order. We are unable to amend or change any order details after the sale has been processed.

COVID-19 - due to lower staffing levels and a backlog with courier services, you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

UK DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
  • You can track your order through Royal Mail with the tracking code and link provided on your shipping confirmation email.
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday should be delivered the following Tuesday (excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland - weekends and bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2pm on Friday - Sunday should arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week (excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, weekends and bank holidays).
  • In some cases, there may be a delay in delivery due to demand but please be patient as your order will arrive providing all information provided is correct.

IMPORT REGULATIONS, DUTIES & TAXES

Please Note: MIJ Masks Limited is a UK trading company, if you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import regulations, duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.  You will be solely responsible for any import requirements and payment of any such import duties and taxes. 

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
