Where are MIJ Masks made?

We’ve scoured the globe to bring you the best. Our MIJ Face Masks are made in France and our MIJ Eye Patches are made in Korea.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes, our MIJ Face Masks and MIJ Eye Patches are vegan!

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes! We, and our suppliers, do not test our products on animals for cosmetic purposes.

What is Bio-Cellulose?

Good question! Time to get a little technical. Bio-cellulose is a carbon-positive fibre that’s produced from the natural enzymatic fermentation of coconut water. 

Fun fact: not only is it rich in essential amino acids, it’s a thousand times thinner than a human hair. Its small, but mighty, size will cover the skin’s tiniest lines and wrinkles for the ultimate in performance and absorption.

Unlike the traditional, non-woven masks of the past, this beauty heavyweight hustles hard, holding up to 100 times its dry weight. This means more serum, more moisture and more radiance (Oi Oi!).

What is Hydrogel?

Hydrogel is a non-slip, jelly-like substrate with the ability to absorb and store up to 85% of its mass with hydrating serums, which can later be delivered to the skin upon application.

Hydrogel patches are the practical way to target and de-puff the delicate under-eye area.

Our Hydrogel Eye Patches are instantly cooling and nourishing, drenched in an intensive blend of hydrating glycerin, hyaluronic acid, protective panthenol and allantoin, a soothing, natural anti-inflammatory that will calm even sensitive skin.

Orders & Payments

Where is my order?

We get it, you’re keen and we’re keen to get your products over to you so you can experience MIJ Masks! 

Please note: All deliveries are handled by third party couriers. Therefore, all times given are estimated delivery times. There is a chance that your delivery may arrive earlier or later than specified.

All parcels can be tracked using the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments to your address after your order has been made. Please take extra care when entering your address and completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter, and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.

If your order is returned to us because the address is incorrect, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Can I change my delivery address?

We will not be able to make any amendments to your address after your order has been processed.

Please double check your address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the address you enter and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For your security we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to.

Don't worry, if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can collect your parcel.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any amendments to your order after your order has been made.

Please double check the items when completing your order.

If you no longer want your products after you have ordered them, please return them to us unopened following our returns guidance.

My card keeps getting declined?

In most cases, if your card is declined it is due to your bank rejecting the payment. Double check that the billing address on the card matches your account billing address or try a new card. If you're still having issues, ring your bank and tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again. 

My product is faulty, what do I do?

MIJ Masks endeavours to provide all products to the highest of standards. Your items may have minimal natural wear and tear from the manufacturing process.

Each item is quality checked prior to shipping and handled with care to your door. If your product is faulty, please raise a ticket and a representative will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
